Delivery : 72h for France / 1 week for Europe / 2 weeks for the rest of the world

 

Your packed shipment

Packages are generally shipped within 6 days (for Europe) after receipt of payment via Coliposte with tracking number and mandatory signature upon delivery. We will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as mailing costs and insurance. We take special care in  protecting fragile objects.

 

Insurance

All wines are insured to the freight carrier: Coliposte by  lotelduvin. In case of loss or damage, you need to fill out a damage report with the freight carrier and send the damage report signed by yourself and the carrier to  lotelduvin, which will then pass it on to Coliposte. The reimbursement of your bottle(s) will be made by  lotelduvin when we will get the insurance money back from Coliposte. It could take up to 60 days for you to get your money back.
